Event Policies & Participant Agreement

• Your registration constitutes an offer to attend the event and is subject to acceptance by KH Conferences.
• Full payment must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Entry may be denied without refund if payment is not received.
• Discounts must be applied at time of registration and may not be combined.
• Pricing is subject to change. Taxes and fees may apply based on location.

More than One Month Before the Event:

• You may cancel for a full credit voucher or request a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Substitutions may be made at no cost (with at least 72 hours’ notice).

Less than One Month Before the Event:

• You may receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid.
• No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.
• Passes may not be shared. Each registration admits one participant only.

• Valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Applicable to any future KH Conferences event of equal or lesser value
• Not eligible for partial refunds or split use
• Transferable to another individual if unused
• Becomes void if the replacement event is canceled by the attendee

• KH Conferences reserves the right to change the event format, date, location, content, speakers, or delivery method.
• In the case of a Force Majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, travel restrictions, venue closures, or other events beyond our control), we may offer a rescheduled event, credit voucher, or refund.

By participating in any KH Conferences event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exposure to communicable diseases, including COVID-19. KH Conferences is not liable for any resulting illness or injury.

KH Conferences is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all attendees, regardless of gender, race, religion, ability, age, or background.

Expected Behavior:

• Be respectful, collaborative, and considerate in all interactions
• Refrain from demeaning, harassing, or discriminatory conduct or language
• Report any concerns or misconduct to a member of the event team

Unacceptable Behavior Includes:

• Harassment, intimidation, stalking, or inappropriate physical contact
• Offensive or discriminatory comments, images, or gestures
• Disruptive behavior during sessions
• Use or possession of illegal substances or dangerous items
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct during any event activities

Consequences:

KH Conferences reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including removal without refund or restriction from future events.

To report unacceptable behavior, notify any event staff member or email info@khconferences.com. All reports will be handled confidentially.

By attending, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. These materials may be used by KH Conferences for future marketing or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in event content, notify staff upon arrival.

• Attendees must be 21 or older. Valid ID may be required at entry.
• Business casual attire is expected. Inappropriate clothing may result in removal.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas. Please drink responsibly.
• Lost badges may be reissued for a fee.

• KH Conferences respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and process your personal information for the purpose of administering your attendance, communicating event updates, and improving the event experience.
• If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection regulations (such as GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
• KH Conferences will never sell your data and will only share it with trusted third-party service providers involved in delivering the event (e.g., registration platforms, mobile app providers), and selected event sponsors, under strict data protection agreements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to your participation in a KH Conferences event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
