Meet Kristen Hunter
Bringing people together for meaningful conversation isn’t just what I do—it’s what I love. For me, designing conferences isn’t about logistics or agendas—it’s about creating spaces where ideas flow, connections form, and real change begins. This work is deeply personal, and I consider it a privilege to help clinical research professionals come together to share, learn, and lead.
Over the past 24+ years, I’ve built my career around curating high-impact experiences that elevate clinical operations and quality. I’ve worked with both boutique startups and large-scale conference organizations, developing events that blend strategic insight with thoughtful design. I’m also a Certified Event Designer, trained in the Event Canvas Methodology—a framework that helps ensure every event delivers value, sparks engagement, and leads to measurable outcomes.
Through KH Conferences, I bring all of that experience—and heart—to the table. I’m here to build not just events, but communities. Because when we break down silos and connect with purpose, we create something powerful: better research, better collaboration, and ultimately, better outcomes for patients.
